Service Details

Buildings tend to wear and tear because of various external and internal forces. This shows the need for structural repairs. Structure repairs are the repairs done to the structural members of the roof, foundation, floor slabs, and permanent exterior walls and support columns of a building. These repairs not only increase the lifespan of the structure but also prevent unwanted situations like collapse. Rigid experience in skillful engineering is a must when we talk about structure repair and that’s exactly what we, at Hi-tech, deliver to our customers.

Anti Corrosive Treatment

Corrosion Protection is the application of anti-corrosion chemicals to prevent damages to equipment like water pipelines, structural membrane, effluent pipelines, steel pipelines, &, etc affected by corrosive agents. Quality Corrosion protection can extend the lifespan of your equipment & reduces the costs of maintenance.

Rebaring

Rebaring technique in reinforced concrete construction is a method for proper fabrication and placement of reinforcement bars as per the design and drawings for RCC works. The reinforcement bars are mainly patterned over its surface to facilitate proper bonding with the concrete.

Polymer Treatment

Polymers are added to mortar to increase characteristics that include adhesion, toughness, flexural or tensile strength, and resistance to chemicals. Polymer-modified mortars are widely used for repair purposes because of their minimized shrinkage and ability to bond with the densest surfaces. It is used for repairing cracks and delamination of concrete structure and cracks.

Jacketing

Jacketing is the process whereby a section of an existing structural member is restored to its original dimensions or increased in size by encasement using suitable materials.

Fiber Wrapping (Carbon/Glass Fiber Wrapping)

The Carbon/Glass Fiber wrap concrete repairs and reinforce the concrete structures. Application of carbon fiber to the exterior of a concrete column, beam, or slab, adds significant strength without giving additional weight on foundations and other structural members.

Protective Paint

There are four types of protective coatings: barrier, inhibition, sacrificial, and combination. Barrier coatings protect metal by preventing water, oxygen, and electrolytes from coming in contact with the underlying metal. Inhibitive coatings contain chemicals that hinder corrosion.
